Terms of service
LAST UPDATED: October 14, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Flowmotions website at https://flowmotions.shop and the digital products offered on it. Flowmotions is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Mohamed Essanhaji, 1155 Vantassell St, Bathurst, NB E2A 4C7, Canada. "Flowmotions", "we", "us" and "our" mean this business. "You" means anyone who visits the store or buys from it.
By using the store, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the store. Purchases are also governed by our Terms of Sale, Return and Refund Policy and Digital Delivery Policy. How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
1. Who Can Use the Store
To buy from Flowmotions, you must have reached the age of majority where you live, or have permission from a parent or guardian. If you use the store for a business, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms on its behalf.
2. The Store and Its Products
Flowmotions sells digital business templates for Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, offered as four toolkits. All products are delivered electronically. We work to describe each toolkit accurately. Product images are illustrations, and the exact appearance of a template can vary with your software, device and settings.
We may add, change or remove products, and change prices, at any time. Changes never affect an order that has already been placed.
3. Customer Accounts
If you create an account on the store, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone has used it without permission.
4. Buying a Toolkit
Every purchase is covered by our Terms of Sale, which explain pricing, payment, delivery, your licence to use the templates and your consumer rights. Where these Terms of Service and the Terms of Sale differ on a purchase, the Terms of Sale apply.
5. Intellectual Property
The store and its products, including templates, formulas, layouts, text, graphics, logos and the Flowmotions name, belong to Flowmotions or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Buying a toolkit gives you a licence to use it under our Terms of Sale. It does not transfer ownership of the toolkit or of any of our intellectual property.
Google Sheets is a trademark of Google LLC. Microsoft Excel is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Flowmotions is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by either company.
6. Rules for Using the Store
You agree not to:
- resell, share, give away or publish our templates outside the terms of your licence;
- copy or scrape content from the store for commercial use;
- use the store for unlawful or fraudulent purposes, including fraudulent purchases or chargebacks;
- interfere with the store's security or operation, or upload malicious code; or
- pretend to be another person or misrepresent your connection with any person or business.
7. Our Templates Are Tools, Not Advice
Flowmotions templates help you organise and track business information. They are not financial, accounting, tax, legal or investment advice and do not replace a qualified professional. You are responsible for the data you enter, for checking the results and for any decisions you make. For tax, reporting or compliance decisions, please consult a qualified accountant or advisor.
8. Third-Party Services
Our templates run in third-party software such as Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel, and our store runs on Shopify. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their availability, features, changes or terms. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only, and we are not responsible for their content.
9. Availability of the Store
To the extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise the store will always be online or error-free. This does not affect your rights regarding toolkits you buy, which are set out in our Terms of Sale, or any statutory rights that cannot be excluded.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flowmotions is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, including lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the store or its products. Our total liability for any claim relating to a toolkit is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for fraud, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of the place where you live.
11. Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to cover any claims, losses or costs, including reasonable legal fees, that Flowmotions suffers because you breached these terms or misused the store or its products. This section does not apply to consumers where the law does not allow it.
12. Suspension
We may suspend or end your access to the store if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or if the law requires it. Sections that should naturally continue, such as intellectual property, limitation of liability and governing law, remain in force afterwards.
13. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of New Brunswick and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. The courts of New Brunswick have jurisdiction over disputes, except where the law gives you the right to go to court elsewhere.
Consumers in the United Kingdom, the European Union and the European Economic Area keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of their country of residence and may bring proceedings in their local courts. Consumers in other Canadian provinces and territories, and in the United States, keep any rights their local consumer laws do not allow to be waived.
Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us. Most issues can be solved quickly and informally. Further information about dispute resolution is in our Legal Notice.
14. General
If a court finds any part of these terms invalid, the rest continues to apply. If we do not enforce a right straight away, we have not given it up. These terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the whole agreement between you and Flowmotions about using the store.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service. The new version will be posted on this page with a new date. Using the store after an update means you accept the updated terms. Updates do not apply to orders placed before them.

LEGAL REVIEW NOTICE
This document is a template prepared from the information you supplied and is not legal advice. Before publishing it, have it reviewed by a qualified legal professional familiar with the consumer and privacy laws of New Brunswick and Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union, to confirm it is accurate, complete and compliant for your business.
Clauses that most need review: Section 10 (limitation of liability) and Section 11 (indemnity). Whether caps and indemnities can be enforced against consumers differs widely between Canadian provinces, US states, the UK and EU member states. Also review Section 13 (governing law) to make sure each consumer's mandatory local protections are preserved.
