This Digital Delivery Policy explains how and when you receive the toolkits you buy on https://flowmotions.shop. Flowmotions is a sole proprietorship owned and operated by Mohamed Essanhaji, 1155 Vantassell St, Bathurst, NB E2A 4C7, Canada.

Every Flowmotions product is a digital download. Your templates are delivered electronically and are usually ready to use within minutes of checkout.

1. How You Receive Your Toolkit

Once your payment is confirmed, you can access your files in two places:

  • Your order confirmation page: a download button appears immediately after checkout.
  • Your inbox: we email a download link to the address you entered at checkout.

Depending on the toolkit, your download contains Microsoft Excel files, links that let you make your own copy in Google Sheets, or both. The product page lists everything included.

2. When It Arrives

Delivery is instant in most cases, and your link is normally available within a few minutes. Occasionally, our payment provider holds a payment for a security check. If that happens, your download link is sent as soon as the payment is approved.

3. Cost

Digital delivery is free. The price shown at checkout, plus any applicable taxes displayed before you pay, is the total cost of your order.

4. Where We Deliver

Because our toolkits are digital, they are available to customers anywhere, including Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and the European Union. You need an internet connection, a valid email address and compatible software, as described in our Terms of Sale.

5. Opening and Saving Your Files

  • Excel versions: download the files to your computer and open them in Microsoft Excel.
  • Google Sheets versions: open the link while signed in to your Google account and choose "Make a copy" to save your own editable version to Google Drive.

For security, download links may expire or allow a limited number of downloads. Save your files to your computer or cloud storage as soon as you receive them. If a link has expired, email us with your order number and we will send a new one.

6. Can't Find Your Download?

Try these steps first:

  • check your spam, junk and promotions folders;
  • make sure the email address you used at checkout was typed correctly;
  • go back to your order confirmation page, or to your customer account if you created one; and
  • add richardnilson2026@outlook.com to your contacts so our emails reach your inbox.

If you still cannot access your files, email richardnilson2026@outlook.com or call +1 506-828-8799 with your order number, and we will send your files again. If we cannot deliver your toolkit, you will receive a full refund under our Return and Refund Policy.

7. Immediate Delivery for UK and EU Customers

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Union or the European Economic Area, you will be asked at checkout to consent to immediate delivery of your digital content and to confirm that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once delivery begins. Your order confirmation email records this. More information is in our Return and Refund Policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version published when you placed your order is the one that applies to it.
